Whenever I double click to open a pic or gif, it opens Corel PSPx8 which takes forever to load and bombs me with ads. In addition to not being able to open the webp's except with chrome and edge, I have developed a new problem. Also, there is no x button at the top right and I have to do a ctl alt del to close the page. What happens is that it opens a large blank page with small type at the top left corner that shows download 100% and at the bottom there is a start arrow and that changes to pause when you click on it.
